Patricia "Gayle" Leniger passed away December 2, 2021 in The Enclave at Gilbert. She was 86.
Gayle was born August 15, 1935 in Casswill, MO to O.W. and Alta McCowan. Her family moved to Wichita, KS where she went to high school at East High. She met Charles and they married and they recently celebrated their 67th wedding anniversary. They raised their children in Spencer, IA and retired to Casa Grande, where they lived full time for the past 22 years.
She is preceded in death by her parents O.W. and Alta McCowan; 2 sisters Lori Worl and Jean Brewer and 1 brother Larry McCowan.
Gayle is survived by her husband Charles Leniger; children Stacy Foust of Gilbert, AZ, Scott Leniger of Everly, IA, and Stewart Leniger of Phoenix, AZ; 5 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
There will be a Celebration of Life at the Covenant Church in Casa Grande on January 9, 2022 at 1:00 pm. Brant Baker presiding.
