Jerry Hartwich

October 1, 1949 - March 23, 2025

Jerry Hartwich passed away March 23, 2025 in Maricopa. He was 75. He was born October 1, 1949 in Coos Bay, Oregon.

He ran away from home to join the Navy and was on a tugboat in Vietnam. He traveled to many places. He retired from Verizon and the Maricopa Unified School District, where he was a special needs van driver and bus assistant.

He loved all things outdoors, including the ocean and hunting. He hated rice but loved Jumbo Jacks.

He was an amazing friend. He was loved and will be missed.

Jerry is survived by Liz Hartwich and the Henagar Family.
