John F. Flynn
November 30, 1941 - February 3, 2025

John F. Flynn, 83, passed away in Chandler on February 3, 2025. He was born on November 30, 1941.
He served in the Air Force from 1961 to 1965 and was then employed by Linde Gasses until 1996. He loved being outdoors, camping, boating, fishing, hunting and playing horseshoes. He also loved mechanical work, especially woodworking and building. John and his wife Donna constructed their mountain cabin and he helped both their daughters and spouses build their homes.
They enjoyed traveling as well. He and his family began their lives in Wilton, N.Y., and then moved to Cheshire, CT, and then Glenrock, WY, where all of his children graduated from high school. He then was transferred to Washington state and then to Pennsylvania and then retired and settled in Wyoming to be near family. They became winter residents of Casa Grande.
John is survived by his wife Donna; children Donald Flynn, Sandra Blackburn, and Janice Blare; 8 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren.
He is preceded in death by his parents David Sr. and Dorothy Flynn, infant son John Jr., and brother Davis Flynn, Jr.
There will be a private service at a later date.
