November 6, 1968 - January 14, 2022

On January 14, 2022, John J. Kelly of Eloy, AZ passed away suddenly at the age of 53. The world has lost a great man, husband, father, and papa.

John was born in Chicago, IL to Jackelene Schafer and Jack Kelly on November 6, 1968. He grew up in Chicago, where he attended Brother Rice High School. He was known to serve many detentions and was famous for causing trouble on a school trip to England. He believed in living life to the fullest and to never let an experience pass you by, it just might make a great story! Wise cracks and jokes were always his go to. We will all greatly miss hearing him ask if your face hurts followed by his signature answer because it's killing me! All who met him would agree that he was quick to make you smile and laugh with his antics and always willing to help any who needed it.

John's family was everything to him . A few of his favorite things included spending time with family, jamming out to music while dancing i the car, much to his kid's dismay. He also enjoyed yelling at the TV during sports, arguing politics with anyone who would engage, often landing him in Facebook jail, and sharing every meme he could find. John was a larger than life personality that will be missed always..

He is survived by his beautiful wife of 24 years, Debbie Kelly. His four loving kids Lisa Robey, Bryanna Kelly, Haley Kelly, and Aiden Kelly plus a grand daughter who was the light of his life, Ember Crawford.

John was preceded in death by his mother Jackelene Schafer and father Jack Kelly.

John will be greatly missed and was greatly loved. Life will feel less bright without him. As he would say, "take advantage of the time you have; tomorrow is never promised."
