John Patrick Hall

John Patrick Hall. Born on Valentine's Day in Waco Texas, 1946, passed away
peacefully on Columbus Day 2021 in Casa Grande AZ. In between he lead a heck of
an interesting life that brought joy to friends and acquaintances alike. His parents
were his father William Robert Hall, originally from the Chicago area, and his mother
LaRue Prideaux Hall, originally from Graham Tx. and with Prideaux family history going
back to the Republic of Texas prior to statehood.
Patrick's siblings were brothers James Prideaux Hall of Bakersfield Ca., David Robert Hall
of Frisco TX. and Michael Henry Hall of FT. Lauderdale Fl. His beloved sister, Sue Ellen
Gundlach of Huston, passed away years earlier. His son Shawn Hall, resides in Oregon. Patrick married
Pamela Gay Ramsey currently of Scottsdale AZ. in 1966 but was subsequently divorced.
Patrick , as he was known was a man of learning. He was an avid reader, and graduated from
Richfield HS in Waco in 1964, and subsequently earned graduate degrees from Texas A&M, before moving
to Arizona in the 1980's. He had many skills. First and foremost he though of himself as a cowboy but also
worked as an IT Database wizard, a fine woodworking artist, a kitchen designer, construction superintendent,
a bank appraiser of agricultural properties, and a host of other paths. He was an animal lover-cats, horse.
He was known for his quick and clever wit. and was a master of puns. Golf was his sport of choice and he
was good at it.
He left his mark on many Arizona hearts, particularly Mike & Corinne Henderson of Casa Grande.
Their sincere thanks to the many friends he made along his earthly journey and "family" at Oasis Pavilion
in Casa Grande and Thema Health Services whose staff cared for him at the end of his life.
