Steven John Alberg

May 6, 1957 - April 22, 2024

Steven John Alberg of Florence AZ and Billings MT passed away from an aggressive form of lung cancer April-22-2024 at Valley of the Hospice in Gilbert AZ

Steve was born 05/06/1957 to Theodore and Shirley Alberg. He graduated from Hibbing High School in 1975. In 1977 he moved to Savage MT where he worked for various oil companies in the oil and gas industry. He married Beverly Dallman on June 8, 1984. He continued to work in the oil industry and he and Bev owned and operated Valley Fuel and convenience Store in Savage until moving to Billings in 1996. There he established Scada West, his own systems control company with the ability to monitor oil wells from remote locations.

After buying property in Florence AZ, he designed and built his retirement dream home. 

Steve is survived by his wife of 40 years Beverly Dallman Alberg; Mother Shirley Alberg (Jim Fena); daughters Tracy Higgins (Allen), Tammie Grubb (Travis), Terry Andreason (Levi Lange); Sister Debbie Rice (Dan), Brother Randy (Diane Cordes), stepsisters Lori Fena(EdZ) and Debra Kremer(Rick) . 11 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

He is preceded in death by his Father Theodore. brother Mark, grandparents, 1 grandson, uncles, and aunts.

A memorial service will be held in Billing MT at a later date.
